Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping Policy :
• National and International shipments will be automatically charged to your credit card.
• Members can cancel at any time by giving written notice.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled shipment will be charged to your account.
• Members are responsible for address changes – additional return shipping costs will be incurred if no notification is received.
Return Policy :
Keller Estate proudly stands behind the Design and Quality of our Products. If for any Reason you are not satisfied with your Purchase, you may return it within 14 Days of the Merchandise Receipt for Full Credit, Store Credit or Exchange. The Item must be returned in New and Unused Condition, and in its Original Packaging to assure Full Credit. We cannot accept any Item for Return or Exchange which bears an Indication that it was used.
