Verjus!
Our verjus is made from young Pinot Noir grapes harvested from Block 3, where delicious Dijon clusters were picked. This vibrant verjus is a tasty balance of sweetness and acidity making it a perfect aperitif with sparkling water or on its own. Completely alcohol-free.
Easy-to-Make Mocktail
- 1/3 Verjus
- 1/3 Tonic (try Elderberry!)
- 1/3 Soda water
- Garnish: Shaved lemon peel
- Large ice cube made from lemon juice, or experiment with other tart fruit juices. Regular ice is fine, too.

Verjus is made from young Pinot Noir grapes that haven't fully ripened. Once harvested the juice is filtered into bottle and ready to serve. Once opened, please refridgerate and use within 7 days for maximum enjoyment.
