Relax with us for a Saturday morning of yoga led by instructor Brooke Widmer 500 Hr RYT. Conveniently at the gateway to Sonoma County, Keller Estate is the perfect first stop on your wine-tasting day. Begin your journey into our wonderful wine country with a dynamic yoga session. Take a bottle of our wine and enjoy it on a picnic or at dinner.
Join us for a Mommy and Me edition to our traditional second Saturday Yoga! Mommy and Me classes are a way to expose toddlers to the yoga environment while fostering quality time with mom. In addition, moms get to release stress and anxiety, stretch and tone the entire body, gain confidence and recharge their batteries. Preschool kids and older kids are invited to join our Mommy and Me yoga class!
The class is limited to 20 participants.
$50pp ($35 for under 21 years old), an hour of yoga and a bottle of Keller Estate's expressions of the estate. Club pricing applies.
