2021 Syrah Precioso

2021 produced spectacular Syrah from our La Cruz Vineyard. To highlight the superb quality, we selected the best barrels to bottle under the Precioso label. Compared to the Rôtie, which is blended with viognier, the Precioso Syrah is made with 100% Syrah. This meatier wine smolders with notes of dark cocoa balanced with violet floral notes. A well-structured wine that will reward for years to come.
