To produce outstanding Keller Estate wines, we taste each barrel and slowly create the blends for each wine. We start blending our Precioso wines with the barrels that shine and showcase the best of each vintage. Then El Coro and La Cruz wines begin taking shape, ensuring they stay true to their personalities.
Finally, we have some barrels that were not a perfect fit for any of these bottling. From these barrels, we create a new wine, CASA. Casa shares many of the attributes of our Keller Estate wines. For our winemaker, it's a luxury to choose freely from all our barrels and know there is a home for each barrel.
Traditionally we offered this wine to our distribution partners across the US and used it to introduce Keller Estate in restaurants across the country.
Today, we've decided to allocate a portion of these wines exclusively to our Wine Club so that this delicious yet affordable wine can become part of your "house" wines.
