Be present at the beginning of the olive oil-making process
Have you ever wondered what it takes to make olive oil? During the next olive harvest, come and have an authentic experience by becoming an olive picker for a day!
DETAILS OF THE PROGRAM:
Join in a welcome led by Ana, our Estate Director, to discover the history of the Estate and our groves. An introduction to picking olives before heading out to our groves. Help transfer the harvested olives to a traditional olive press, learn the traditional art of extracting precious oil and watch how the golden oil begins to flow and fills up the air with its aromatic fragrance.
Enjoy an olive oil-tasting experience out in the vineyard before you leave. Here we'll have the presentation of a certificate of “olive picker for a day” and a bottle of our estate's wines.
The experience is open to 20 people.
For $100, work for half in our olive groves and take a bottle of our Estate Wines home.
